Cookies n’ Cream Protein Cookie dough

- 1 scoop (45g) Hexapro Cookies n’ Cream flavor
- 2 tbsp (12g) PB2
- 1 tbsp (10g) dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp (10g) large oats
- 1 tsp cocoa crunch blend (epicure)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp water. Mix.
- The ingredients will be dry. Keep adding small amounts of water, stirring until you reach cookie dough consistency.
- Roll into balls. Each ball is approximately 20-25g.
- Recipe yields approximately 5-6 balls.
- Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
