Blueberry crumble smoothie

- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 2 tsps. oats (use gluten free if preferred)
- 1 heaping Tbsp. vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder
- 5.75 fl oz. chilled unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt (use dairy free if preferred)
- 8 almonds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Add more almond milk if
required to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve topped with a sprinkle of chopped almonds (optional).
- Consume immediately.
