Macro programs

Macro Tracking Programs are designed for everyone wanting to enjoy food they truly love & enjoy while reaching their desired body composition and health goals.  If you like planning, being prepared, committed to change and have a positive attitude, macro tracking is for YOU.

You will also be required to:

  • Have a basic understanding of CARBS, FATS and PROTEIN
  • Have access to a food scale
  • Have access to a method of measuring body weight
  • Provide measurements

Macro tracking is NOT suited for those:

  • who have NO nutritional knowledge (meaning, you don’t know what a carb, fat or protein is)
  • who do not currently plan or prepare meals
  • who eat out more than 4 times / week
  • who do not WANT to track or download an app for tracking, be willing to weigh or measure food
  • who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or currently recovering from chronically restrictive dieting
  • who struggle with exercising or have poor relationships with food, have underlying hormonal issues, poor nutritional habits, disordered eating mindsets, suffer from body image dysmorphia

Lifestyle – habit based nutritional coaching

Review of health concerns, goals and 3 – 5 days of tracked food (on tracking app of choice). Macro targets set based on goals and assessments. This is SELF GUIDED once the targets are set. You will receive: 1 follow up session via email or text message in 2 weeks, Macro resource book and supplement recommendations. This DOES NOT include a baseline menu. Ready set! Go! You are on your own.

Review of health concerns, goals and 3 – 5 days of tracked food (on tracking app of choice). Macro targets set based on goals and assessments. This is SELF GUIDED once the targets are set. You will receive: 1 follow up session via email or text message in 2 weeks, Macro resource book and supplement recommendations.

Macro tracking
(self guided + with baseline menu)

Review of health concerns, goals and 3 – 5 days of  tracked food (on tracking app of choice) . Macro targets set based on goals and assessments. This is SELF GUIDED once the targets are set. You will receive: 1 follow up session via email or text message in 2 weeks, Macro resource book, supplement recommendations and ONE baseline example of your macro targets.

Coach guided macro tracking

Review of health concerns, goals and 3 – 5 days of  tracked food (on tracking app of choice).  Macro targets set based on goals and assessment of current intake.  You will be required to check in weekly with updates and feedback.  It is up to YOU to be accountable and send your feedback on time. You will receive my macro resource book, weekly adjustments, access to any resources I feel will benefit your journey, one on one guided feedback via email, text message, online or in person and unlimited support and encouragement throughout the process.  In addition as an active client you will have access to my private facebook group for added support.
