Cookies n’ Cream Protein Cookie dough

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (45g) Hexapro Cookies n’ Cream flavor
  • 2 tbsp (12g) PB2
  • 1 tbsp (10g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp (10g) large oats
  • 1 tsp cocoa crunch blend (epicure)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tbsp water. Mix.
  3. The ingredients will be dry.  Keep adding small amounts of water, stirring until you reach cookie dough consistency.
  4. Roll into balls.  Each ball is approximately 20-25g.
  5. Recipe yields approximately 5-6 balls.
  6. Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
