Blueberry crumble smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tsps. oats (use gluten free if preferred)
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder
  • 5.75 fl oz. chilled unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt (use dairy free if preferred)
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Add more almond milk if
    required to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Serve topped with a sprinkle of chopped almonds (optional).
  3. Consume immediately.
